Café - La Palette, 43 rue de Seine 75006, in the old Quartier Latin, for a morning coffee and baguette tartines, or sandwiches and a drink "en terrasse" or "au comptoir". I really like the everlasting restaurants of L'Entrecôte -they're in all the guide books- most of the time I will go to their address rue Saint Guillaume in the Latin Quarter and sometimes also to the Porte Maillot. The pommes frites, the sauce, and the profiterolles are unbeatable ! And when I feel nostalgic of my beloved Gascony, I go to J'Go, +33 1 40 22 09 09, 4 rue Drouot, Paris 9ème.
