Fly Fishing in Spain
The Pyrenees of Aragon ... With Ivan Tarin Let me introduce Ivan (and a decent trout) Fish species !, you will mostly fish for mountain streams brown trout on dry flies. Some higher stretches and some lakes offer nice brookies (salvelinus), and some lower stretches trophy rainbows. Altitude spots can sometimes be joined by helicopter. Lower valleys may offer astonishing barbel fishing with nypmhs or dries. Let me introduce also the region of Aragon with the pictures below : breathtaking landscapes, pristine streams, rich fauna, old stones, a feel of history and heart touching characters. This is what you will find in the central Spanish Pyrenees, the former kingdom of Aragon with the stunning and charming Ivan. You can come with a rental car or by train or plane, and we'll arrange to pick you up. The minimum stay is two nights & two days fishing, but it is recommended to stay more if you don't want to miss anything. This place is definitely "wife endorsed", there is no worry. As usual we'll take care of the rest of your trip if you wish to continue somewhere in Spain or France. And of course we'll put a price on any project if you contact us by email. In the meantime, enjoy those pictures of Aragon... Yours friendly ./ Nick. Pamplona Pamplona is actually in Navarre, but can be a good start to your trip.
